This ancillary privacy notice details the specific data processing activities which the Impact Accelerator Unit at Keele will undertake in relation to Keele.Health, which is a resource website for patients, carers, members of the public and clinicians..

We will collect data from you directly if you wish to provide us with additional feedback in order for us to improve and further develop the resources on keele.health.
You do not need to provide your personal information in order to view and download resources on keele.health. However, if you choose to, you can submit your name and email address to enable us to contact you in the future to see how we can improve the resources. For this, you will need to provide your name and email address. How we will use information about you
Data will not be used for any purposes other than to to enable us to contact you in the future to see how we can improve the resources. . Any identifiable, personal information will not be shared.
Data Sharing
This will be kept confidential and secure and will only be accessible by a small number of staff from Keele University, wordpress and El Groucho Web Design. The above data will not be shared outside the University unnecessarily.
The information will only be shared with third parties when we have a legal basis to do so.
Data Retention Period
We will only retain your personal information for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes that we collected it for.
Your data will be kept for 6 months after the point that you inform us that you no longer require access to the resource. (See the University’s Retention Schedule here for guidance)
